Loft in Hells Kitchen

Hey all! Looking for a female roommate to move in April 1 - longer term desired. The apartment is an incredible four bedroom, two bath duplex in an elevator building on beautiful tree lined 46th street, with a private 150 sq ft deck. The loft is 5 ft tall, fully furnished with a window, and comes with its own AC unit and heater. The cost is $1,175 plus 1/4 of all utilities - we have central AC/heating, as well as high speed Internet with all of the movie channels.
